CASE1
Disease: Mastocytoma
Female mixed-breed dog, 13 years old
Symptoms:A Mast cell tumor enlarged rapidly on the outside of the thigh. It was impossible to test her blood because the blood serum was sticky and thick.
15 days later, her blood serum became smooth and clear after administration of L-R Zyme.
CASE2
Disease:Hepatic function disorder
Female mixed-breed cat, 5 years old
Symptoms:Generalized jaundice due to a hepatic function disorder.
After 2 days, her generalized jaundice disappeared, and her appetite improved after the administration of L-R Zyme.

Concomitant medicine:Antibiotic, Injections of Ringer's solution, Vitamins, Prednisolone
She regained her appetite on the day after five administrations of L-R Zyme. The lateral nystagmus subsided on the 3rd day. 20 days later, the head inclination had improved.
CASE7
Disease:Diabetic phlegmon
Female cat, 12 years old
Symptoms:Heat sensations; decreased appetite; dehydration; a blood-sugar level of 522; a segment of tissue had become necrotic
Concomitant medicine:Insulin
4 days after administration of L-R Zyme , her blood-sugar level went down from 522 to 230. She regained her appetite, and the progression of diabetic phlegmon had stopped.
CASE8
Disease:Heart failure
Male Yorkshire terrier, 8 years old
Symptoms:Dyspnea
About 3 days after the administration of 1/2 dose of L-R Zyme per day, he started to show signs of improvement. One week later, he completely recovered.
CASE9
Disease:Filariasis ; loss of liver function
Male mixed-breed dog, 5 years old
Symptoms:Loss of appetite; accumulation of ascites in his abdomen, Anasarca of hind legs and inferior abdomen

Symptoms:He suddenly writhed in agony and seemed to have difficulty breathing. He also had paralysis of the hind limbs.
Concomitant medicine:Persatin
He started to show signs of improvement on the 7th day of administration of L-R Zyme. Normal breathing returned, and he was able to walk properly in the 3rd week.
CASE11
Disease:Diabetes
Female mixed-breed cat, 17 years old
Symptoms:Dehydration; Dysphoria, infirmity; Tachycardia; Emesis, Ketonaemia; Metabolic acidosis.
Concomitant medicine:Insulin
She started to show signs of improvement on the 51st day after administration of L-R Zyme. Six months later, her blood-sugar level was down from 1000mg/dl to 83mg/dl.
CASE12
Disease:Dementia
Female Shiba dog(Japanese dog), 13 years old
Symptoms:Fecal incontinence, diminished hearing, slow response, occasional convulsion, difficulty in walking.
Concomitant medicine:Adrenal cortex hormone
From about the 10th day of administration of tablets of L-R Zyme, convulsions subsided and she walked easily.

Three months later, the blood-sugar level went down form 300mg/dl to 130mg/dl. Her weight stopped decreasing. The amount of water intake and urination decreased.

He started to recover on the 4th or 5th day after administration of L-R Zyme. He was able to walk without staggering.
CASE17
Disease:Vestibular function failure
Male shih Tzu, 12 years old
Symptoms:Incline of his left ear; occasionally unsteady in the lower back; cross and up-and-down nystagmus; torticollis to the left side (deteriorated into the condition where his head inclined at almost a 90 degree angle).
Concomitant medicine:Prednisolone
He improved about a month after administration of L-R Zyme. About 1 1/2 months later, he recovered.
CASE18
Disease:Chronic renal failure
Female golden retriever, 3 years old
Concomitant medicine:Covalzin
She regained her appetite and vitality. Two months after administration of L-R Zyme, her renal function level(BUN Cre) was slightly improved.

Disease:Posterior aorta thrombosis caused by hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
Male mixed-breed cat, 5 years old
Concomitant medicine:Urokinase, Heparin
The coldness in his hind leg improved from the 4th or 5th day after administration of L-R Zyme. He also slightly regained his appetite.

Disease:Posterior aorta thrombosis caused by hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
Male mixed-breed cat, 6 years old
Concomitant medicine:Urokinase, Heparin
Coldness in his hind legs was improved from the 4th or 5th day after administration of L-R Zyme. The unsteady gait with his hind legs was improved about a month after administration.
In the cases of administering L-R Zyme and other medicine, it is hard to indicate L-R Zyme's effect by
itself, but almost all veterinanians said that their patients recovered and used L-R Zyme on
treatments in the future. In addition, there were no side effects in cases of combined medicines.
